  • How do I book a session with Chantell?
    You can book through the website in the 'Book Online' tab and select the session that you’d like to book. Or you can use the 'Contact' form and send an email - our team will get back to you and assist with your booking. Please note: that if you use the contact form, it may take up to 48 hours for our team to get back to you and will be faster if you book through the 'Book Online' tab.
  • I’ve never had a reading/session before. How long should I book for?
    If it is your first time booking a session, the most popular and recommended is the 1hr. Private Session. The session will consist of Energy healing, Oracle and Tarot card pulls, and coaching in areas that you are focused on.
  • Can I get a record my reading?
    Yes, you have the option of having the session recorded if you’ve booked an online session. Please indicate that you’d like a recording at the beginning of your session. There are times, when an in person reading is accommodated. If you’re having an in person session, you’re welcome to record your session on a personal device.
  • How do I make a payment?
    When you book a session, you will be guided through the payment prompts via the booking page.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule Zoom/online sessions and In-Person sessions. If you do not give me this advance notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. Please take the time to email me or call me if you need to reschedule.
  • What happens if I miss my scheduled booking and time?
    I put this time aside for you, and if you do not show or contact me, I cannot make that time available for another client. If you are late, you will forfeit that time, your reading will finish at the originally scheduled time. There is no refund for no-shows. I will wait 15 minutes for your late arrival, but after that I consider this to be a no-show. You will need to book a new session.
  • What do I need to prepare or do before a session?
    1 - Set intentions (if you’re unfamiliar with how to set an intention, you can find more info here: Resources) 2 - Be well rested 3 - Be sober and avoid overstimulation. Meditate beforehand 4 - If you’ve booked a zoom session, you have the choice of recording the session so you can process and refer back to the recording. This frees you from having to take notes and stay present in the reading. 5 - Choose a quiet space (Especially if the session will be done via zoom). During a session, it is your sacred and personal space and time. 6 - Come with an open mind and heart 7 - While sessions are an amazing tool, they’re not the solution because ultimately, You are the solution. Most times, these sessions are guidance and act as a mirror so you’re able to gain clarity in your personal journey to move forward in a way that’s best for you. 8 -Let there be no fear, let there be no panic. It is the reader’s job to hold a safe and non-judgemental space for the session and it is the healer, reader, coach’s job to hold space.
